We are committed to protecting the privacy of children. Our applications and website are not intended for children under 13 years of age unless used under the supervision of a parent, guardian, or authorized health worker as part of a government health program.

Data Protection & Privacy Policy

• CH&FW abides by relevant laws, especially the IT Act 2000. No personal info is collected without user consent.
• Only authorized IDs can log in. Passwords are encrypted and stored securely.
• With user permission, location and camera access may be used to fulfill departmental responsibilities. No other mobile features are accessed.
• All data is encrypted in transit and at rest using SSL/TLS; sensitive info is masked and role-based access (ACLS) is applied.
• Disclosure by law: Data is retained as required and may be shared for legal/departmental needs.

User Rights & Consent

• Users can delete the app if they no longer wish to use it, according to department guidelines.
• Using the app implies consent to terms and the Privacy Policy (subject to future amendments).
• Application is only for the targeted audience; misuse by others should be prevented by device owners.
